The beach area, lounge and lobby were modern and clean. The rooms were not as updated as the rest of the resort.

Rooms were basic. They built a cabana on the beach one full day, so the hammering and sawing was not relaxing at all. They close the beach chairs off way too early, so a late evening swim is not enjoyable with sandy towels. It would be nice to have a live band or something a little more upbeat in the evening. The piano is nice, but not every evening.

it felt like you were staying at a resort on an island. two nice pools, food and drinks right next to them. private beach with umbrellas and chairs. super helpful staff.

the service was good and the beach is super quiet

the room bathroom was old and the bath was very rusty. I have been staying in this hotel for over 15 years and they are suppose to have remodeled the rooms but my bathroom was not remodeled and the bathtub was not in very good condition.

I like that there is a restaurant facing the ocean. The new bar is terrific. Enjoyed the pool area. Also enjoyed the piano bar at night. Our room was comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

You could hear people talking loudly outside our room. I wish there was a hot tub at the main pool area. The price was a lot higher than the last time we were here.

Beautiful overall really enjoyed the pool.

Location is great!

There was a fire alarm company that was having a test for almost 6 hours! Calls were not returned. Asked for compensation, but got blank stares from management. Just felt an establishment of this quality and location should have higher standards. The floor is very dirty in the room, and never been cleaned by staffs during our stay. Our balcony was filthy, and had to ask the staff to clean the birds poo, still was not clean!
