Buffet breakfast was a little disappointing on Saturday, because the people doing the seminar had al eaten and some things were not replenished, Sunday we arrived at the same time a most other guests and the buffet was very good.

I think things like ketchup should be available rather than having to ask a member of staff when they are rushed off their feet.

Every staff including the Restaurant staff was friendly, smiling, & helpful with Menu.

We got a good room, ocean facing. Beach access was really good. The property is far from all the happening places. Something to keep in mind while booking. Good place if you are looking for a quieter place without much expectation on amenities.

- Water was not draining in the shower area as it was not leveled. We were given a mop and asked to mop everyday to avoid water retention - Breakfast was very average, similar to what we get in Fairfield Inn. - There were 2 small elevators in the North tower, where our room was. One elevator was broken/ out of service through out our stay. Ultimately we started taking the stairs to avoid long wait to go up or down. - The room was not cleaned one day when we specifically asked them to clean up - None of the issues were addressed during the checkout.
