El cuarto estaba lindo, estuve 3 días y los 3 días estuvieron pendientes de la limpieza, la comida rica. Súper recomendado.

La cama estaba un poco pequeña ( más pequeña que la queen, pero estaba muy cómoda.

breakfast staff and housecleaning were nice, breakfast was decent for a continental with a basic hot buffet.

Ordered a disabled accessible room, recieved an email looked like it was from hotel confirming this but no arrival had to drag myself upstairs in pain. First room unsafe with multiple problems like exposed electrical sockets. Next day we were moved to a ground floor room, staff explaining that they had never recieved request and the booking.com always causes these problems. 3 half sized pillows/bed most lumpy. You can see this in the pictures, I thought it was just weird staging because I could never have pictured less than 2 pillows per queen bed. Asked for more pillows twice, first time they had none, second time only half were usable because of multiple massive lumps. Basically pillows appear to be rather cheap pillows in half decent linens that have been repeatedly washed until they are all half size. One desk staff tried to tell me that all the Frederick hotels had the same pillows another said it was because their order for replacement bedding was stuck waiting delivery for months. As a bonus there were no comforters on the beds, just empty comforter covers and a sheet.

It's close to downtown Frederick which I wanted to visit for the scenery.

I didn't like the fact the staff made false accusations and had the owner kick me out because I was a young woman enjoying a weekend with her husband finally completely kid free. They allowed me to pay for a three night stay knowing they didn't want me there, even though I had proof that the accusations they were making was false and so did they on their cameras, they let me stay overnight knowing they were kicking me out the next morning, I got the phone call of the accusations 2 hours after I checked In at 9:30pm and they kicked me out at Noon the next day but waited until I got back at 2:30pm from downtown Frederick to let me know the owner put me out for having to much marijuana in the hotel room and not the owner nor the staff could show me or find any marijuana in the room, they also threaten to call the police. I asked If I would be refunded for the two nights I would not be staying and they flat out told me NO! That's when the accusations came out again the owner has a right to put you out if you're smoking in the room. So again I tell them they're wrong and I have proof and they have proof on there cameras of me going outside to my car the next morning after the first the accusations that were also false were made, my husband I were drinking and I guess we were to loud making love after the game and that's when the problems came. In my opinion this hotel is meant for the elderly. Not a good place to stay if you're a young couple who're just enjoying each other's company with some drinks. They ruined my first trip away, Go to "Comfort Inn Red Horse" at least they have Jacuzzi's in the king bedrooms.

The staff member I worked with was very responsive and concerned for our comfort.

The property had great ratings which did not prove reliable. Our room was suppose to be Non smoking and it reeked of smoke. The telephone did not work and it was rundown looking. People had propped open doors at night with rocks and the 270 traffic noise was constant.

Breakfast, staff and cleanliness were all great. Will stay there again when visiting my daughter in Frederick.

Moldy shower head, construction workers smoking pot in the parking lot.

Perfect. And the woman taking care of the food and the cleaning of the kitchen area was the best I have seen at any motel.

Checking in was easy and convenient. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. TV options were good.

I was originally put into a room that had trash in ti and was clearly not serviced. Beds were not made and there were used towels in the bathroom.
