There is no breakfast. Location is loud and near alot of traffic.

I ended up having to stay for four weeks after I sold my house and not even once did I receive housekeeping services. Also I was charged a daily linen fee that I never received.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. When we requested extra pillows, they were provided and we're very friendly.

Only one night stand in the room. Hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes.

First off, the Booking.com rate was not honored! I was charged 30$ more. Second, the room smelled of literal fish! The room was dirty, the dresser was broken and laying in pieces on the floor, the bathroom was dirty and there was a pubic hair in my sheets!!!! I immediately requested a new room and was given one. mind you, if it wasn’t 10:30 at night - just me and my son - I would have gotten a refund and left! The new room was cleaner and didn’t smell like a fish market. The person in the room above, literally walked back and forth all night!!!! Well stomped….. I have traveled extensively and this hotel ranks my top 3 of worst ever!!! I even showered in my socks!!!! DO NOT stay here!! most of the people we sat lived there

Cost and overall cleanliness and conditions. Cleaner than I expected except for the roach. Lady at front desk very nice and pleasant.

Found a cock roach. Remote control for TV "icky" No ice machine on premises. Was told to make ice in freezer in fridge in room, but ice takes hours to make.

I did not like the fact that despite the fact that I had a reservation I was told that they could not accommodate me and I Chad to find another hotel last minute after a long drive.

Pretty much everything about the stay. I am greatful we were only there for one night. There was no breakfast, no coffeemaker in the room. No lamps, only 4 recessed lights in the ceiling. There were no utensils, pots or pans, nor dishware in the kitchenette. This is not an accommodating extended stay facility. The carpets were filthy and in dire need of a good vacuuming. Despite taking a shower in the morning I still felt dirty when I left the facility. Very glad to leave!

Checking out

Check-in was horrible. When I made my reservation I put in that I would be arriving between 11 PM and midnight. I arrived at midnight and there was no desk attendant. I called the assistance number on the wall phone in the lobby several times but it never went through. The number to call was 500 and every time the call rang I got a message saying that the party at extension 505 was not available and I know that I was dialing 500 and not 505. There was a number for corporate to get assistance but it went straight to voicemail and the voicemail was full. So I called the 500 number a couple more times and finally somebody answered and there was somebody behind the closed Check and window that rolled the window up and let me in so that I could check in. There was a close circuit camera on the door where I was standing and I asked why nobody saw me and she said that she was folding laundry and did not see the monitors. Totally unacceptable. When you hear someone coming in you should be checking the motors. I was given my keys for the room and I was told room 305 so I asked how do I get up there because she had not instructed me where the elevator or anything else was. So she told me how to get to the room. I went to room 305, my key worked, and there was another person already in the room with two dogs . I came back downstairs to the desk and told her there was someone already in room 305 she said that she told me my room was 301 I asked her why then did my key work for 305 when I was in room 301 and she said that their key machine was broke and the room key that she gave me was essentially an override key which means that everyone else had override keys and anybody could get in anybody’s room which is very unsafe. The carpet in the hallway had multiple water stains all over it. The room was OK and the bed was not the most comfortable in the world. The best part about the state was checking out because there was no attendant at the window when you just dropped off your
