There was nothing not to like.

The continental breakfast was great, the receptionist/concierge (Ms. RJ!!!) was fabulous, cleanliness in every aspect of the hotel, great sized room, comfortable beds, great a/c thermostat RJ was the most exceptional receptionist I think I've ever encountered. She was friendly from the start and so very helpful when it came to recommendations around town. I'm not sure if Concierge is part of her title or not, but it definitely should be! So accommodating.

The 2 issues we had were that 1) the bathtub leaned to the side and made you feel off balance. 2) We had VERY noisy upstairs guests who at 2am were STILL stomping around and slamming doors. They had been doing it throughout the night already. Maybe we could have called the front desk but I didn't want to wake my mom up and make her worry; I guess I was hoping that maybe a night guard or a staff member would have caught it themselves. I decided to play rain and thunderstorms from my phone to drown out the sound.

breakfast was just ok - better than some but not great. Typical processed foods, no fresh yogurt/granola/fruit bar, no waffle maker, no bacon, no french toast, no boiled eggs, seating was limited. Based on other reviews I thought this was going to be a lot better.

The location was very convenient to the downtown area. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good.
