The pool area, location is close to where we needed, Bed was comfy, rooms were clean.
There was a $50 hold which some hotels do but I was told by the desk it would take 7 to 14 days for that to return. Check-in took about 10 minutes which seemed long. A steam room was advertised, but there’s no steam room and there was a lot of Scum on the side of the pool that needs cleaned off.

Location perfect. Facility orderly and reasonably clean. Room was large. Breakfast excellent. Reception excellent.
Shabby coverings of construction areas. Elevator inconvenient. Waterpark visible to lobby made for waterpark/theme park feel. Dining area felt like giant dormitory feeding area. Doors to plumbing and pool filtering rooms left open all the time feeling like industrial/mechanical room. Towels were very low quality and shower wasn’t hot. And price for all this was too high for a quick stay traveling along I-90.

The location to Ithaca and to lots of good restaurants.
Extremely old and run down. Gross rugs in the hallways and in the rooms.
The stairwell was dark and dirty with the rug having weird stains. NO ELEVATOR!! It was just dirty and very run down throughout the whole place.
