Chautauqua Harbor Hotel - Jamestown

Beautiful facility, Clean, quiet, friendly staff and great service. Very good dining.

It's the off season but it would be nice to have more entertainment options. Everything else off the property you need to drive to. Only 3-5 minutes and it's easy enough, would be nice to have something available there.

peaceful location, out of the way of city noise. great outdoor facility. live music outdoor patio and bar.

I was disappointed with the restaurant food we had for dinner. It was not great. I would eat out next time I stay.

The outside area is exceptional with fire pits, ample seating areas, an outside bar, and a beautiful view of the lake. The food was very good though a bit pricey. Our bed and pillows were top notch and the room was tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean.

There were a few hiccups during our stay. The safe and tv didn’t work properly but were remedied quickly. We had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels and washcloths. The shower shampoo conditioner was empty. Some mornings the coffee station was late being set up. One night at 8:30 we went to the bar but left after waiting 10 minutes. There were many patrons at the bar, the bar top was full of dirty glasses and there was no bartender there to serve us. As we were leaving we saw that he was on the outside patio clearing tables. My husband and I surmise that staff shortages are an issue at the hotel.

This hotel and grounds are beautiful and the service was exceptional. The little extras such as the drinks stations throughtout were a happy suprise.

There was not anything we did not like.
