It was spread over several old houses with tremendous character. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
I was generally happy with everything

Quaint. Loved that we stayed in historic area. The made to order breakfast was good! We are walking distance to downtown Newport, shops, the docks and so many restaurants!
Just wish they had coffee available for early risers. Though they did have tea.

Owner was wonderful, helpful & full of good info. Breakfast was awesome - hot meal cooked just for us & cook was a very nice person. I felt very welcome by both people.
Minor items: more towel space, the tub was dated, needed more outlets.
