The greeting by Tonie. The accommodating of the cooks. Cleanliness of room & facility.
Whoever was in the room above us, the entire time they were in room, their dog barked & when they walked around up there, it was like they were stomping.

The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything. We really appreciated having access to parking a block away, given how hard and expensive parking can be in Newport. We also loved all the dog touches throughout the building and in our room.
Newport is obviously expensive so can't complain about the price too much, but it was on the pricier side for a B&B.

The owner/manager was very friendly and accommodating. The staff who made the breakfasts did an outstanding job -it was very delicious.
Room #2 was too small for 2 people and 2 Labrador Retrievers. There wasn't enough room to set up 2 dog crates. We had to place 1 of the crates in the bathroom. In order to watch the TV, you had to sit in the bed. The room was so small that there was only one chair in the room. There weren't enough plugs in the room.
