A great location within walking distance to town and the water. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were updated and clean. There was a charming balcony on the top floor. And the breakfast was amazing!!

Our room was right below the breakfast area, so starting at 6:45am, it was a bit loud

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our group! It was clean, spacious, and had a nice patio. Also, the made-to-order breakfast at the inn was amazing both days we stayed. On top of this, the location is perfect. You’re in walking distance of downtown Newport.

Location was very convenient, easy walk to shops and dining. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, it was our favorite meal during our stay!

Only downside was that the parking was further away than we expected, not a big deal though since we pretty much walked everywhere.

We loved the proximity to everything (shopping/Thames street). It was beautiful, clean, modern furnishings, comfortable beds, friendly/helpful staff, the rooftop/water views deck!

The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the parking situation, but the staff tries to make it as easy as possible. You unload your belongings at the Inn, then you receive a parking pass to the lot which is about a 5 min walk back. Not really a big deal but might be for those less mobile. There is also on street parking if you can find it (certain times of day easier than other times) but just be sure to look for the street signs regarding tickets/towing. We didn’t mind the parking situation, but it’s good for guests to be aware in case that could be an issue for them. I’m sure it’s on their website and they do explain that before check in.

Tiffany, the Innkeeper was exceptionally responsive and accommodating. Everything was superb and the Inn is extremely well-renovated, clean and charming!

it was in a very convenient location to the shops, restaurants, and the wharf.

I wish parking was right at the property.

We loved our stay, the room was immaculately clean and very pretty. The terrace with views over the lovely white church, roofs and the sea at sunset beautiful. The hosts were very heartfelt and the parking not too far away from the house. Besides you can park next to the building when checking in and dropping off the luggage into the room. The parking lot was easy to find because of the detailed explanation from the host and the walk back was short and beautiful because of the very nice location. We traveled through New England for 3 weeks sleeping in 18 different B&B´s but here we got the best breakfast of all of them and were talking and dreaming about it often.

Everything. But the breakfast was delicious, service was exceptional, and the bathroom alone is worth a call out as it was spotless, and luxurious.
