Receptionist offered a paid upgrade and I am glad I took it. Great ocean view.
Morning breakfast was top notch
Hotel was walking distance to the beach which was great

The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The pool was very nice. They even have cabanas and a small bar. The location is close to the beach.
I never found anything that I didn’t like at this Holiday Inn Express! If I had to say something it would be the size of the rooms. They are small. That didn’t bother me personally. I don’t spend much time in my hotel rooms so that doesn’t make or break it for me!

Very amazing staff and daily housekeeping.
Breakfast buffet can get really busy and lifts can get very busy.

Location
Very crowded, elevators were terrible- waited an average of 10 minutes to get on an elevator. Totally ridiculous
