C'est très sympathique de faire un wine and cheese party 2fois par semaine,mais le fromage était vraiment fort mauvais et le vin vraiment pas terrible(désolés avis de français !) et le mini spectacle avec une danseuse un peu maigre.J'aurais préféré comme j'ai vu dans d'autres hotels un spectacle un peu plus étoffé quitte à supprimer le snack. J'ai commandé un taxi à la réception et celui travaillant avec l'hotel nous a conseillé de partir à 7 h pour un avion qui partait vers 10h40,à cause des embouteillages,faites moi confiance..aucun pb à l'aller,ni au retour ?nous étions surpris d(un tel délai.Nous étions beaucoup trop en avance.Je pense que celà arrangeait le taxi !!très désagréable de se lever si tôt pour rien

Liked kitchen which was fully stocked with utensils. Liked double balcony. Liked use of movie kiosk.

Bathroom needed a touch up on walls and doors etc. Also, at Manager reception they offer only water for guests that don't drink alcohol. It would be great to have punch or juice etc.

3 nights a week there is wine and cheese reception for free. they also have a good lei making class for free on Mondays. pool is nice as well

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is clean and nicely furnished - it's a 15/20 minute walk to Waikiki Beach, but near to lots of shops and restaurants without being right in the busy centre area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchenette which was ideal for making your own food. We stayed for 7 nights and had housekeeping every other day who were very attentive. The staff were friendly and they were quickly able to resolve a small maintenance problem in our room. There's also nice little extras such as chilled fruit water in the lobby, free DVD rental and wine and cheese social hours several times a week.

It was very clean and the staff very nice and welcoming! We had the partial ocean view studio with kitchenette and it was perfect. The view from the balcony over the park and the ocean at the horizon was amazing!

Lots of amenities and great location that's walking distance from Waikiki

Centrally located, away from the tourist masses.

The A/C was a very old and loud model. Was difficult to sleep with it running.

The room was awesome. I loved the ocean view from the balcony. The hotel was in the perfect location for our needs. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning needs improvement room never really cool down to our comfort level.

Coffee, lemon and orange water, water services are so great. And wine service

Washroom and Bathrooms were old.

Location was good, just far enough out of town from the hustle and bustle, we stayed on 2 separate occasion a room on a higher floor is clearly better as not having a view straight over the adjoining fuel station

great location, very friendly staff, gym with new equipment. the apartment room is amazing as you have your own coffee machine, small convection oven(?)/microwave, blender, cutlery and all the amenities you needed to wash the dishes too. nice balcony view

booked the room 1 month previous, including all taxes, had to book same room because car broke down on the same night, paid almost double - also via booking. so don’t prolong spontaneously

The staffs are nice and willing to help. The location is good, not far away to town.

The parking of the hotel is a bit expensive. Should tell us before changing us.

- the room was not cleaned even once as we stayed less than 5 nights (I have never seen such a rule)

Room was clean and people here including the front desk, housekeeping staffs, and even guests were friendly and nice! Their laundry room was easy to use.

They had hidden $35 resort fee. They don’t even do regular cleaning, they will give you supplies when you call, what kind of resort is that? I didn’t feel like staying in resort. Bedding was not comfortable. AC was making loud noise. needs major renovations

I liked the quaint yet sophisticated atmosphere. The location was ideal for so many activities i.e. diverse shopping; restaurant dining; accessibility of various methods of transportation; site viewing...moreover, the people were friendly whether tourists, business owners, customer service reps, or military personnel. I appreciate the allowance of my privacy; helpful staff team at the Luana, regardless of the construction or last minute clarification for services. I did not press the issue either; therefore alternatives were impressive or accommodating as well. Thank you for my apartment. I hope & plan to return soon. Respectfully, Desiree Freeman

The Fish Hook was unavailable, even though I was unaware of its location upon arrival.

near Ft DeRussy …10 minute walk to beach ,,,easy walk to heart of Waikiki or to quieter areas ..clean,nice pool …good staff …full kitchen, balcony ,nice room
