Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort

House keeping was exceptional and they always checked to see if I needed anything.

Check in took a long time. And unsure fees included in booking.com vs fees added with facility upon arrival/stay.

Have stayed here 3 times previously usually very good,however breakfast was on 30th floor and was not as good as normal.(Renovations) .Which led to crowded lifts as well with everyone tracking to 30th floor.

location was great, close to everything and walking distance to the beach to swim.

The resort was overly busy and there wasn't enough staff to accommodate. We had breakfast including in our stay, on our first day we noticed that there was a massive queue and asked if we could remove the breakfast deal and were told we could not be refunded. So we paid for breakfast but didn't use it because there were massive queues every morning regardless if we got there early. It was ridiculous. The Sheraton did not meet our expectations, the pools were overly busy, we didn't use any of the facilities and swam at the beach every day just to get away from the crowds and queues. Our quilt bedding was also stained with yellow marks, it was quite disgusting.
