Expensive; unable to swim or use beach in front of hotel because beach very small and surf rocky. I had to walk north or south to get sandy beaches and surf.

O hotel é próximo às melhores praias de Waikiki, à Kalakaua Avenue (onde estão as melhores lojas) e conta com comodidades excelentes (restaurante, bar, piscina, academia, etc). Além disso, o atendimento dos funcionários foi excepcional. Nos recepcionaram em nossa lua de mel com mimos e flores. Sensacional mesmo. Além disso, todas as nossas atividades nos 20 dias nas 3 ilhas em que ficamos foram reservadas lá, de antemão, com o pessoal do Hotel - que foram muito atenciosos e pacientes conosco, mesmo quando precisamos cancelar uma das atividades.

Os restaurantes são separados do hotel, então não há serviço de refeições no quarto. Além disso, para utilizar os espaços da piscina a partir de determinados horários era necessário reservar as cadeiras, além de termos de pagar para alugar as cadeiras acolchoadas próximas à piscina. Entretanto, isso nem se compara aos benefícios de estar hospedado lá. Obs.: para aqueles que estão acostumados com praias de areias finas, a praia em frente ao hotel tem um recife que vai até a areia. Então é oportuno comprar calçados apropriados para entrar no mar, para evitar cortes ou lesões.

The Outrigger Reef Resort was amazing. The hotel front desk staff are so friendly, efficient and caring of the guests. The valets are very prompt, kind and take exceptional care of your vehicle. I appreciated the professional, yet very friendly conversations the valet staff and manager provided throughout my week stay. The front desk staff were so helpful in providing me answers to all my questions on events, travel and a few needs that came up for my room stay. By my second day at the hotel, I felt very comfortable with the staff and my way to navigate around Waikiki. The onsite dine in restaurant has wonderful food and drinks. The daily breakfast is outstanding, felt like a high level chef prepared the meals and their prices are affordable. The bar/restaurant outside in the open pool area was amazing. Food and drinks so good and the entertainment each night was wonderful and so authentic to the Hawaiian atmosphere. Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Hotel cleaning staff were so kind and kept our towels fresh each day and our room was always so tidy when we returned from our site seeing each day. This was my first time at the Outrigger and I plan on returning in 2024 for another wonderful trip.

Only thing that could be improved on would be more ice machines on the hotel floors. Also would appreciate more healthy drink options in the vending machines, like juices, vitamin water, etc.

Fabulous location and facilities - we had access to Voyager 47 and it was wonderful. Staff got to know you each morning and afternoon and we all were made to feel welcomed. We had a beachfront room on 7th floor and saw turtles most days from the balcony and had a seal sunbaking right on the beach out the front! Great ABC store downstairs for snacks and drinks as required. Enjoyed the on-site restaurants and bar too!

The birds on the lounge patio - can't be helped I know but they were so annoying, can't leave the table together as one of you needs to stay and guard against them ! Not a deal breaker and you could see the staff trying hard, but just annoying.

- Despite the room was booked for 4 people, it was very small and can only get 2 people. We have to get one kid in the main bed and ask for another folded bed. But, when this bed arrived (we have to ask 2 times), when it is installed, we cannot move anymore in the room. Clearly, it was not for 4 people (they even mentioned we was upgraded, funny) - As mentioned, the room was for 4 people, breakfast including (was one of the reason to book there) but they provided only 2 breakfast tickets. I showed the booking information from booking but they insisted that kids was not included. Very bad. - All stuff are old and outdated Overall, hotel and restaurants inside are outpriced

We loved our stay, great location, close to everything, you were in walking distance to everything you needed

Was not hygienically clean, my wife got a staff infection from sitting in her bathing suite on bamboo patio chairs

Breakfast included wasn't worth paying the extra money for, the menu had only a few items to choose from and the included drink was water, soda or tea. $10 extra for juice is ridiculous
