Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. We liked the location. Easy to get to. I have no real complaints. We enjoyed our stay.
No real complaints. Would have preferred more pillows for the bed, but I’m sure I could have asked for them.

unprofessional staff and they charged me a extra 250.00 for a clogged toilet. the general manager Brandy was unprofessional and was not willing to hear or work with me with the outrageous price for a clogged toilet. customers think twice before booking with them no customer service and bathroom had mold on the floors wall.

Everything was very good, staff, location, breakfast
Heater in room sounding short of a jet engine. Had to keep adjusting tv volume and my husband could not sleep & he usually can sleep through anything!

The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel that was not a restaurant. It was better than eating at Bob Evens. Saved me about $40 a day. Great!!

The gym was too small. And needs a pull up bar IMO

The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate. The facility was nice and well-maintained. The included hot breakfast was convenient and tasty. The common area was spacious, which is nice when you are still trying to maintain some level of social distance.
My only negative is the bathroom didn’t have a towel rack/bar-there is plenty of space in the bathroom to add one and would help keep the room tidy, especially when rooms are not attended to daily.

Not much. It was a place to sleep that’s about it.
The beds we squeaky. Housekeeping came to the door 2 times before 9 am. There were stains In the room and it was obvious that there’s not daily cleaning.
Also, there was o lot a single person staffed as she left a post-it note that told customers to call a cordless phone when you arrived.
