We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the hotel itself was very nice and the room was comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary afternoon drinks in the lobby and the free bottled water each time we left the hotel, which were thoughtful touches.
One of the reception staff members came across as a little rude during our stay. However, all other staff we encountered were excellent, so this did not detract significantly from our overall experience.

The location, the bar, the concierge and the room were all fantastic thanks
Isn’t a big thing but please go back to just putting coffee machines in rooms. Us Europeans need coffee in the morning. Just not sure why you’ve removed them from your hotels?

Restaurant was great. Location is good. Staff were very friendly.
No coffee maker in the room and the morning coffee in the lobby was only available until 9 am. 10 am would have been nice for those of us on vacation.
