The staff! They are super friendly and extremely helpful. Very clean and comfortable.
The only part of my stay that is a negative is the breakfast; was not good at all. Same food literally every day and only had bacon once, out of the 14 day stay and they didn't have anymore :( BUT... The kitchen staff who ran this area was AMAZING and super sweet (especially the ladies)!!
A lot of stores and restaurants in the area and easy to get on the 15.
Breakfast food that I explained above and the laundry room. Those machines that are broken need to be fixed. Having only one washer and 3 dryers working but I am grateful that they were free though. That was super nice.

Wonderful staff, very friendly, nice clean hotel, big rooms, nice pool. Close to coffee shops and restaurants.

Did not get to eat
I thought we requested @ handicap room. It was SO far to walk I barely made it. Then when using the restroom, the toilet as so low and NO grab bars I had to get help getting up. Even in the night.
The bed was very comfy and kitchenette was nice for morning coffee. BUT! The icemaker did not work for our cold drinks. After paying over $250. I did expect to be able to have it handicap acessable when we ordered that.

The location was close to the places we were visiting.
The fridge was very dirty on the outside, the sleeper sofa cushion covers were not put back on correctly, the tub/shower had large rust gouges near the drain. Overall, the room felt kind of gross.
