Proximity to beach and also had a pool. Large living spaces.
The kitchen area was very poorly laid out. The MW was on top of the refrigerator so my wife couldn’t reach it and the door on the refrigerator opened on the wrong side and was up against the wall. Also very few utensils- no wine opener. Furniture was also kind of cheap.

Beach, Room, Location all pretty good. Really liked the restaurant and pool area. Small but just enough!
really hated being charged the extra resort fee that you sneakily put into my bill. Yes i signed the document you handed me after 9 hours of travel starting at 3 am... sorry I missed the fine print there... booking.com will hear about this. very sneaky and not cool. when you book through booking, it is always supposed to include the total. you added that in and had me sign that document which it was buried....

Location can't be beat and we loved that Sun Towers isn't a huge property. Everything felt comfortable and personalized rather than touristy. Added bonus was the excellent food at the restaurant!
Not one complaint...we couldn't have stayed anywhere better!

Great ocean view, clean room and facility well kept, great work!
Parking was full Saturday night, but the front desk person took care of the issue by valeting and moving the car to normal parking space later.
The balcony is small for seating.

Staff issues (rude, clueless, lazy), balcony so small only 1 person fits, pot smoking on the balconies and staff ignored, paid parking spaces are taken by restaurant patrons and you have wait for them to switch spaces.
