Jon, beach staff 10 out of 10. Front desk accomodating. Room fan was lose on high speeds couch was stained and tv in bedroom area didnt stream. Very good experience a couple tweaks could have been 10 out of 10. Would go back because beach was peaceful not packed like the strip.

Well kept up, right on the beach, friendly helpful staff, coffee/icecream shop, restaurant, bar, everything you need.

The lazy river was inoperable when we were there.

Everything. The location was excellent, the decor was lovely, the room was beautiful, the bars and restaurants and in particular the veranda restaurant for breakfast were perfect. The beachfront location was perfect and the pool and lazy river were a pleasure to use in the morning. The friendly manner of the staff just further added to our stay.

AMAZING view from the room and an outstanding beach. The restaurant has a beautiful view as well. Communication was also excellent — I received quick and helpful responses as soon as I arrived at the property.

Too expensive for the level of amenities and service provided. The room and food ended up costing around $4,000 for one person for an 8-day stay. The elevators were old and frequently out of order, and the restaurant was extremely expensive, with very few alternatives nearby. I accidentally booked the wrong room through Booking.com, and unfortunately, the hotel was not willing to help me change it, so I had to pay an additional $400. The staff experience was inconsistent. Some employees openly expressed frustration about their work, while others — especially the beach servers — could be overly pushy. The lobby also had a strong smell from what seemed like very cheap cleaning chemicals. The rooms were not particularly clean, and the soundproofing between rooms was very poor. The lazy river was not working during my stay, and I was not informed about this in advance. Another frustrating point: a 22% gratuity is automatically added, yet staff would still regularly ask whether I wanted to leave an additional tip.
