Room was much nicer than expected and I liked the large refrigerator and microwave. Both were clean. Everything was quite clean. Despite being right next to the highway, the way the hotel is constructed with windows on the interior courtyard, meant that it was far quieter than I anticipated. Coffee was available very early.
The front desk doesn't seem to be regularly staffed. We waited at least five minutes, maybe more, before someone showed up to check us in. Then at 5am when I went down to get coffee, there was a non-guest helping herself. I said hello and she explained that there was no coffee at the bus station so she had just come in and was helping herself. There were no staff members visible anywhere, with unlocked lobby doors. This did give me safety concerns due to location.

Large room, clean
The location was ok, but a little on the sketchy part of town near bus station. Breakfast was lackluster, ordinary.

Clean, good value and close to everything

The breakfast was nice, and it was fairly close to where my convention was.
No shuttle service, most of the equipment — vending machines, ice machines — seemed to be broken. My room door didn’t close properly, and it was slightly moldy which triggered my allergies.
