Holiday Inn Express Fresno South by IHG

New and well maintained Friendly staff

Industrial location. Noisy A/C FWY view

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean.

The hot tub was not working. OK, the icemaker on floor four was not in operation. The bathroom in our room stuck loudly every time we opened it. Use real force to open it.

Perfect no problems

In and out right next door

The location near the fwy made it easy to commute to the work convention I was attending. Parking was close to the door. There were things to eat walking distance from the hotel

Prior to booking my reservation, I called ahead to confirm the pool and jacuzzi were heated. Once I arrived and used the facilities, neither was heated. I have a back injury, and use the spa/jacuzzi to relieve the tension in my back, which is why I specifically asked prior to booking my reservation. Staff advised the facilities were available, and did not show much empathy when I reported the issues mentioned above. All in all, it was close to the fwy, and easily accessible to my venue I was attending, but I doubt I will return due to the service, facilities, and internet service. Internet service was extremely slow or "choppy". My ATT service was hard to keep connected too
