We liked that the location was away from downtown and all of the traffic.

The parking lot was very poorly lighted at night. It did not feel safe. We booked this place specifically because it had an indoor pool for our kids to swim in, but the indoor pool was freezing cold. They were unable to swim at all. The pool was also not very clean. The room next to ours was a joining room and the joining door was locked; however, the door that you enter through the hallway was not locked. It was open and no one was inside. My husband noticed it was propped open and shut it. That did not make us feel safe.

Needs MAJOR updating. The 2nd night there our toilet wouldn’t flush. We called them to come fix it. An hour later we were still waiting. Housekeeping came and tried to plunge it but that didn’t help. Water was coming out from under the toilet. They were supposed to fix while we were out that day. Came back to room several hours later. All cleaned up. Assumed it was fixed but was not. I called them again. They ended up changing our rooms. Water pressure in shower was horrible. Bathroom was very small. Had construction going on inside but didn’t notify customers in advance in case they didn’t want to stay while construction going on.
