I like the location, close to the hotel
Has a free shuttle for specific hours 9-12nn & 5-10pm
Free coffee and tea all throughout my stay
Cookies and cold water in the afternoon for guesrs
Breakfast was decent. Wish they served bacon or changed the menu every now and then.
Better lighting for the desk area to work on.
Pillows were too soft and the mattress too.
For rooms on the first floor, since windows are facing the parking area, wish there was a way to have the window drapes open without being seen from inside....

Location, staff were friendly and accommodating
There was only one accessible room which I requested over 6 months prior to my visit and they couldn’t accommodate our request

Convenient location rooms were decent. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent.

The bed was comfortable and the room service
I was told that I could ask for a late check out the night before I left meaning so when I had to check out instead of 11:00 am it would be 1:00 pm just to be told the lady at the front desk didn’t put in my membership id mind you that I have stayed at plenty of hotels and was able to do a late check out never was asked about my membership then when I arrived there the lady wasn’t at the desk she was in the chair half sleep I had got there around 5-6 pm
