No problems. Excellent room.

Location. On site restaurant Quiet

I was reimbursed for my uber when I got to the hotel from the airport but did not get reimbursed for the ride back to the airport. Room was standard, lady at the desk was nice.

Booking needs to add the times for the shuttles to the airport on their site, we thought we had a ride there and back (got in at 9:30pm, needed to leave for airport at 6am) and the shuttle only ran from 7am-7pm.

The customer service. The staff seemed well-trained, and authentically cared about their customers.

No complaints.

Breakfast is good, would be nice if it were a little cheaper. Did better outside the facility. Not much to walk around but safe neighborhood. Close to wedding venue and facility was very accommodating to all our guests. We had the suite which was lovely.

I didn’t try out all the amenities, but the location was good, easy to find the general area, a little more difficult to figure out how to get to the hotel within the parking lot/ other businesses. I did really like how close it was to historic Grapevine, that was quite a nice treat

The maids did great, but the customer interacting staff were not as welcoming as I expected, but was on par with my other recent stays in other large cities in the US. No one was rude, just not as friendly as I expected. There were tornado sirens during my stay, and I felt more could have been done to prepare the guests- I got back to the hotel and they had already been going off for a while- a sign at the elevators about what to do in such a situation would have helped, as Dallas is no stranger to tornadoes, but some of the other guests were confused about what was happening.
