Room was very comfortable for two friends. Two queen beds. Enough room to unpack, not be on top of one another. Wyndham still provides amenties such as a BATH MAT in the bathroom- great! and soap and decent towels. Climate controls worked well (I always hope for a window that opens, but not a usual feature of any modern hotel).

Personal preference: foam mattresses (even with a mattress pad, which these beds had) make sleep too warm for many of us. Only recourse is to run AC all night. Our one meal in the hotel was pretty mediocre, except for the pierogi appetizers, which were great. Wine and cocktails not good, either, sadly.

Room key cards did not work and had to return them 2 times. We had requested a refrigerator and it did not come until hours before we left and our food spoiled.

Elevators were annoying. You had to swipe your room key to access rooms above the mezzanine and half the time I didn't have my card so had to wait around until someone else entered the elevator. No security if it is this easy to access floors above 2.

No microwave or refrigerator. That should not be a upgrade to have. Charged 4 times for parking when it should have been 2days. Now I have to find out why I was charged and I want my money back.

The location was excellent, walking distance to the Carnegie museums, which was the reason for our trip. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Many of the chain hotels provide either a complimentary breakfast or at the very least provide coffee service in the morning. I would have liked that for the two mornings I was there. The automatic billing that updates at night was an issue. My actual bill including parking was 355.00 but at one point in my stay there were over 1,000 dollars in charges on my credit card. It was concerning. The only bright spot was a staff member named Jermaine who was very helpful and professional and engaged with me multiple times with so much patience on his part to explain that the billing strategy of the hotel works that way and not to worry. Please offer Jermaine my formal thanks for his help and guidance.

The location is quite close two universities. the room is quite big.

WIFI is not stable, it could be better to provide kettle on need basis for Asia guests.

The bed was hard as a rock--very uncomfortable. The room was a bit worn and dated (large pulls in the carpet). The bathroom counter and toilet were absurdly low. The TV was small. There few accessible outlets other than in the bathroom.

Great location to visit a college tour. All good restaurants are walking distance. Just 30-40min from Pittsburgh airport by Uber/Lift. Early check-in is paying option but we'd appreciate they let us check in 9am because our flight was morning arrival. A staff is friendly and helpful.

Bathroom is a bit outdated but no complaints. There were enough power outlets but Would be great if there was USB charging ports near the bedside.

I did not like the fact that we were given a different room upon arrival. I had specifically booked a room with two queen beds. When we arrived I was told that we were not in the system. When I showed my confirmation number we were given a room with a king bed and a roll away cot. The rollaway was not comfortable at all to sleep on. Also, I did not like the fact that the room did not have a refrigerator.
