Was charged 3 times for a 1 night stay, front desk corrected, still waiting on my $35 credit for incidentals, very noisy in room ac unit, breakfast was just ok

From the heated pool to the really nice breakfast buffet this hotel had it all. not to mention it’s within walking distance to tons of restaurants, which was perfect with our newborn
you can tell whoever cleaned our room didn’t do the greatest the in a toilet was disgusting and debris was still noticeable on the floor. As well as the sheets didn’t really smell freshly clean.

The actual breakfast was OK, but why all the single use plastic - cutlery, plates everything. No consideration for the planet!

The hotel was well maintained. The staff was very nice and friendly.

No hot water and they said maintenance wouldn’t be available until the next day. After a long day of travel I couldn’t shower.
