The staff was good, very accommodation.
room was clean well.
The Refrigerator and Microwave needs to be bolted down.
almost fell when opening the Door.
no hand lotion in the room.
Breakfast could have been better, more hot water, better toaster.

Didn't wake in time for it
Nice cozy place, Ms. Michelle was down to earth and Kool azz hell. One of the best person I met since I travel for work all over the world. Her respect and kindness should be taught in Qa meetings and company luncheons

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and maintained.
The property is a bit older. It could use renovations at some point. The breakfast was mediocre and could include more choices.

The location
Every time we left our room & came back, we was unable to get inside. We had to go get the card reactivated. The white towels had brown stains on it. The complemental water that was in the lobby, had cucumbers in & wasn’t changed out for 2days . Could have been longer , the way the water looked. ( the day we checked in & 2x later I noticed it) . Breakfast could be a better. Cheap food.
