Quite a few problems with HVAC units causing leaking and soaking wet carpet, pool is very small and disappointing, free breakfast is only for select visitors which is ridiculous.

Very nice hotel outside the Boston area. The rooms were good and comfortable. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar that opens in the evening

Quiet. Most staff members were friendly and helpful

The pool is tiny. No room to swim in it when there are other people in it with you.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. It was great having a restaurant on site. I enjoyed my stay.

Clean and convenient

The room was not stocked with basic necessities. We did not have any soap, shampoo or conditioner. They only stocked the room with green tea and decaf coffee. I also don't like that my card was double charged and I have been assured that it is only a "hold".

the restaurant. service was horrible. waited half hour before bartender even looked at us finally a manager came over and we asked him for menu and to order. the food took 45 minutes to get here. the bartender never once came over to ask us if we needed anything we said to her can you help us she put up her finger said soon. even if short staffed you need to acknowledge people. very rude
