I have no complaints about our stay. Room was clean and updated. A.C. Unit worked great, no mildew smell. Breakfast was nice, good selection. Pool are was clean with lots of towels. The cleaning lady Rita on the second floor is amazing!! She is so friendly and accommodating, always asked us if there was something she could help us with. The Hilton is lucky to have such an amazing women working for them!! The front staff were just as nice as well. Checking in was a breeze and so was checking out.

The property was a convoluted short ride from the main highway (Battlefield Boulevard) even though it was right off BB. Who thought that up?! Almost all staff were exceptional, but the night "front desk lady", a young African American, was rude. Breakfast was exceptional! Pool area looked brand-spanking-new. The rest of the property was a bit "shop-worn" Next time will stay at a different hotel.

I put in a request for a roll out bed when I booked the hotel. The message I received was that my request was approved. When I arrived I was told there are only 6 roll out beds and they are all taken. We were offered blankets for the floor, but the 3 children with me shared one bed.

Pet friendly. Breakfast. Pool and hot tub clean. Spacious room. Breakfast staff was wonderful. Gentleman at front desk was helpful and wonderful during checkout

Sofa bed couch filthy and stained. No hit water in the morning for showers. Toilet ran all night. Air conditioner sounded like a spaceship all day and night when it came on and off. Check in young Kady seemed bothered and when we asked for sheets and extra pillows for the sofa sleeper I got the look of stop bothering me

The room 124 door had been previously broken into and did not make me feel safe. I do not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good

Room felt run down, dirty. Room was humid and wet feeling, carpet, blankets, everything felt wet. Bathroom was gross.

The breakfast was very good. Nice variety.

We had a party of 5 but only 4 towel sets The doors sqeaked horribly were everyone woke up when the bathroom was used. Even the entry door sqeaked.

The size of the room blew me away. It was very clean and cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. (Actually slept through dinner by accident) all amenities were very nice as well. Good location to greenbriera and the hospital.

I thought it was just a little too expensive, but overall would stay there again.

Exceptional, nice fresh variety of food. Plenty of drink juices, coffee. Staff very customer friendly and helpful. Service area was nicely arranged and tables as well as food area was constantly cleaned. Great additional benefit if you are a early morning breakfast person.

You had to pay extra for wifi. I have stayed at many much lower priced lodgings that wifi was included. It was available if you were one of their regular customers or benefits rewards person. I will consider this then next time I book in the area.

The room was big.

For it to be a Hilton,I've stayed at cleaner budget hotels. Chipping paint and dirty base boards. Some ones old diet coke in the fridge. The bed was also very hard and felt 10 years plus old.

We like that the provided breakfast it was good.

We only see stayed 1 night, everything was good.

Everything…it was a nice place to stay

I asked for handicap accessible so that I wouldn’t have far to walk because I’m on oxygen and can’t walk distance and they did give me a first floor room however I had to walk a distance to get to it and when I told her I couldn’t walk far she said well I’m sorry we don’t have wheelchairs.

Staff was very friendly. Very helpful! Room was huge, did not hear much from the hall or other room.

A bed bug was on my daughter's blanket when she laid on the bed. Staff did give us a new room. But they still made me pay for the full trip. No compensation.

Great breakfast and served late which was awesome for a late sleeper like me
