Front staff that worked with us was kind and accommodating

Hotel was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, bath tub was disgusting, rooms were unkept, doors were hard to open due to paint.

Breakfast could’ve been better. One room next to us or somewhere in the hallway someone was smoking cigarettes.

Elevator stinks.

The staff was fantastic, they treated me and my three kids so wonderfully. The mid/late shift gentleman was very kind and chatted with us about each day’s adventure. (Stayed the week) Breakfast every morning was something to look forward to before starting our day. My kids loved the pool, as well as myself after a long day. The rooms were clean, good sized and the beds were so nice to sink into after a long adventurous day! If/when I visit Chicago again, I will 100% choose this location for my stay!

Water pressure wasn’t fantastic, but honestly that didn’t even bother me that much. Everything was fantastic during our stay.

the pool and pool room was disgusting. Cups, bottles, and paper garbage on the wet pool floor along w the in the pool. 5 or more young children were running around, unsupervised. 1 child put the pool skimmer over my child’s head while he was in the pool! The unsupervised kids were splashing from the hot tub to the other kids outside. It was extremely uncomfortable. We came to this hotel specifically for the pool so that’s what made it more disappointing. I found long black hair in the shower and everything just looked dirty. It looked like surface level things were wiped (hopefully cleaned). There was no parking available so we had to park in the fire lane. I had to set my alarm for 6am to make sure I moved it. I didn’t feel comfortable parking my vehicle in a fire lane, but there was no where else and the front desk told me to park wherever. I suspect the kids causing havoc where employees’ children. As a single mom, I understand childcare is expensive or unreliable, but this was completely unprofessional.

location & airport shuttle

hot tub was a joke, rooms look like they are furnished from a garage sale of different hotel’s cast offs.

The shuttle was good.

The room had trash in it when we first got in. It was also very warm. Lamps still had plastic, there was a couple random holes in walls and exposed wiring. The bathroom fan didn’t work. Some things weren’t fully painted. The shuttle driver drove like a maniac. Breakfast was mediocre at best. No “real” food.

for the most part it seemed pretty clean - at least the bedding was. the guy in front upgraded our room for free which was nice as well. he moved pretty quickly to get people checked in as well

there were exposed outlets with no covers in the room, there were bugs (alive and dead) on the floor and the dresser, stained on the couch seats, only one person seemed to be working at the hotel when we got there because there was a line of people waiting to check in. breakfast was not the best as there were very few options for food (eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt).

breakfast was adequate with several choices, room was clean, bed was comfortable and of good size. hot water was hot

hall carpet was stained, some power outlets in the room were awkwardly placed, WiFi wasn't working upon arising the next day
