Rooms were clean and thoughtfully accessorized, mostly quiet, great 15th floor view, convenient to self-serve snack room, good food on premises especially breakfast. Lunch and dinner were more like "tavern fare" options.
Extra pillows would be nice, but we were too tired to call for these. A suitcase supporting stand would have been nice, rather than using table or desktop for luggage.

The beds were really comfortable
The hot tub was not hot at all. It was just like being in a lukewarm bathtub. Also, there were a lot of kids in the pool that we’re not being supervised and there was no lifeguard on staff.

The hotel bar staff was very nice, the food was great.
Housekeeping didn’t come to my room at all, even though I called and requested at 8am on 9/4. I came back from my event at 9pm and they never came leaving me with a stripped bed and no sheets, no refreshed towels. I had to call again for them to bring me new sheets. The water was also cold in my room, though I didn’t bring it to their attention until the end of my stay.
