We had a wonderful stay, the hotel exceeded our expectations (except our tub not draining, they tried to fix it but it needed a plumber and it was 1030pm after we got out of the pool... the accommodated our payment due to not being able to relocate us with out being asked to. Fantastic customer service.
Pool rules not being enforced but the gurl at the desk sure did try to go in multiple times and tell people to watch their kids, no jumping on top of other kids or at all ect. Not the hotels fault some people just suck.
