Clean, well maintained older "Mom and Pop" hotel resort. Loved the setting and proximity to the beach and boardwalk restaurants. Owner allowed us to store luggage and relax in any of the 4 pool areas prior to check in time.

Can't complain about anything. It was a perfect short time stay for our needs.

Resort ? This is an old two story motel with a pool, Inadequate lighting and uncomfortable furniture in the room. Probably looks much the same as when it was built. Overpriced. A cheap low definition 20" TV. I am glad I wasn't stuck inside with rain pouring down. On the plus side, the wifi worked fine inside the room and by the pool. The cable lineup was pretty good for English and Spanish speakers. The location a couple blocks from the crowded main road was good.

This is a good spot if you are planning on cooking during your trip and want a relaxed place that is close to the beach. No resort fee. Clean. For the price it is hard to beat.

Facilities were old, bathroom wasnt in the best shape.

Spacious unit, separate sleeping areas, all amenities necessary. Angela went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable & communication was great. Had access to BBQs- perfect. Great location to the beach, home away from home feel- will be back! Thanks Angela.
