Everything went well! Friendly staffs, clean room and an unexpected upgrade to queen size beds. Beautiful location a few minutes away from the beaches. Only draw back parking were very limited.

Parking space was to small, difficult to get out of vehicle after parking. Also, not enought parking was available after 10pm.

We really enjoyed our stay at Birch Patio. It is spotlessly clean, a quick walk to the beach, the pool is great, and Angela is so nice and helpful! We’ll definitely go back the next time we’re in Ft. Lauderdale.

Plenty of parking but a little precarious when backing out because it was hard to see. Not a huge issue, though, since the street isn’t very busy most of the time.

Beach is very close in walking distance. Room was cleaned every day. It has kitchen with fridge, stove, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. For us it was very comfortable. Also we had 2 queen beds in room.

This charming hotel had me feeling like I was in Mexico! I liked the charm (older 60's 'ish vibe) and location to beach (2 short blocks). Also easy access to either N or S on A1A restaurants/bars w a bit of a walk. Very clean w fresh paint. Very simple, casual decor. #217 upstairs (no elevator), Bright and spacious Room/Living area (there's a slim view of ocean (!) and when on the bed you see the sky and clouds and a few palm trees; not a high rise). No frills but has the basics. TV, small kitchen table, 3 chairs, full fridge/freezer (no ice maker but has trays), microwave, some silverware, cups, plates, bowls. They provide coffee pot & filters and you provide ground coffee. Window Air cond unit. Entry has armoire w ample hangers. 2 drawers in night stand and space w additional 2 drawers in tv armoire. Bath has shelving unit over toilet and cubbies w plenty(about 10 of 12" x 12" size) of separated spaces. Shower is dark but water pressure is good. This place has a vintage and simple vibe. Pool is quaint, kidney shaped w steps, clean w plenty of chairs/tables and a number of chaise lounges and a waterfall feature. The patio has flowering shrubs and trees. You also have access to a grill. Angela (Owner) is very friendly and receptive! One block down us a lovely shop named Symmetry. David and Lee have a great eye for wonderful vintage and eclectic pieces. Birch Patio Hotel. I did like the charm.

Parking bays are very narrow but at least its free which for that location is a big plus.

The staff is nice. The owner has deals if you need a place to stay long term which is a plus.
