comfy bed. clean room. quiet to rest. staff very nice when left the front desk took me through the hotel to the parking garage so wouldn’t have to walk outside as far!

my key card wouldn’t let me in to hotel that night. but no big deal. front desk let me in.

noisy heaters in rooms and underwhelming breakfast

The proximity to so many things was fantastic, the continental breakfast stayed open later than advertised which we appreciated bc we had a late start Saturday. We had a nice view of the courtyard which was really beautiful covered in snow. And the black out portion of the window coverings were spectacular.

I am a really light sleeper and the radiator was making very loud noises all through the night, clocking and whirring and rushing water. And it would be really nifty if there was easier access to ice.

It is in the perfect location if you are seeing a show at the Orpheum or State Theater. Target Center or Target Field too. Contemporary styling and I would look forward to seeing the inner court lively during the summer! It is close to many restaurants and 2 blocks from a Target!

3 star no room service. Shower could have been a little hotter. Bed is stiff. Otherwise a great value.

Beautiful rooms and a great location for theater-going! Very nice hotel, with a decently priced parking garage right next door. We were upgraded to a suite and it was awesome! A great place to relax and very central to bars, restaurants, and all the theaters on Hennepin. Wonderful staff, couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

Breakfast was minimal. Staff is very attentive and facilities are very nice. Bathrooms are great and spacious. Rooms are nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable.

Robes could be thicker in the winter, and would be nice to have Q-tips in the bathroom. Also more water bottles in the room.

The breakfast was once great… right now it is terrible. Cheap orange juice, one coffee to choose from, you have to add the water, etc. no eggs, no toast, it really should not call itself a continental breakfast. I was shocked at how bad it was… - also, it would be nice if you could put signs up on how to get to the hotel from the parking ramp next door. Other places have their name, location, etc., but not the hotel. The only sign we did find (15 minutes into our search was an old sign with the old hotels name.

I like how nice and clean everything was. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room we stayed in was very nice!
