Rejuvenating? Rolls and rolls of covered carpet sat in front door covered area. Not mentioned online. Ordered a walk-in shower even called to confirm but was told they only had two and those were already rented. I was choose this hotel from reviews online. I was told at front desk they did give me a handicapped room. Would not stay here again or recommend! Only salvation was super nice driver to airport shuttle

Construction noise, but to be expected . Otherwise, everything was great.

the rooms were large, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, the lobby was very nice while waiting for the shuttle, it was just 5 min from the airport & the shuttle service was great, great selection of snack food and microwaveable dinner options

The rooms are very clean except for the carpet. It is old and could stand to be removed. If they did that and replaced with laminate flooring room would be 100%.

front desk staff incompetent in checking in. reservation made through Booking.com April 2022 & paid same! upon arrival front desk charged me again saying they had not received payment from booking.com! I then called booking.com & had agent speak directly to their front desk staff, who called their manager to clarify payment indeed was paid back in April 2022! time to check in was 1 hour! totally unacceptable! i previously called hotel because they said my reservation was not paid in Late August! After booking.com called them direct with me on the other line my account was then agreed that it had been paid back in April! having cleared this with their management & front desk staff why did they still say upon arrival in Oct account not paid! my charge card was finally credited two days later for duplicate hotel charge! hotel management did not issue a credit for their shoddy bookkeeping or untrained staff! Would not recommend this hotel through Booking.com! other Best western hotels booked through Booking.com have never had this problem ever!

Breakfast good. Hotel clean upon entrance. Staff was very nice. Bed comfortable. Room was nice size and clean. Overall I was really pleased and pleasantly surprised.

No good cables channels if u wanna watch TV. Toilet was was shaky and very low.
