Hampton Inn Houston I-10 East, TX

I loved how friendly the staff was. Our stay was very comfortable. The facility was very clean.

I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay. Everything was nice. I will say for breakfast I wish they had more meat selections but I’m not complaining because I enjoyed what was served.

The breakfast was okay. They allowed smokers to smoke at the main entrance. They even had an ash dispencer next to the door. Houston city ordinance requires smokers to be 25 feet from an entrance or exit door. The location sucked. I drove by the entrance road twice before I finally saw the hotel. The back of the hotel overlo[ks a neighborhood. My room look into three peoples back yard.

One of the elevators was broken.

We really appreciated the lady who checked us in , and how clean it was , the house keepers were very welcoming and nice as well

We enjoyed our stay until we got to checkout , we were told we had a balance still, when we paid at check in , then proceeded to call the lady who checked us in to ask if she remembers the transaction, then somehow the lady who was working , then told me I only owed 29$ instead of 335$ , which I was confused then they told me it was because of the pet fee I had but I was supposed to pay that with the payment in the beginning, then after I get frustrated, she proceeded to rudely hand me the receipt and says “have a good day” , I asked what happened to me owing any money she said “ I don’t know it just all canceled out “ , with that being said I really feel like this lady either needs more training and or , yalls system needs some fixing but I was highly upset driving home after they tried to get another 330$ out of me for no reason.

The water did not work, I had to brush my teeth with bottled water every morning
