Happy with the property but will NEVER use Booking.com again. Customer service was horrible, hung up on me, did not call the property as they said they would. It took me a solid hour to get your employees to fix whatever problem they had, they would not allow me to cancel and pay the property myself, but threatened me will being charged the full amount if I cancelled a reservation YOU WERE UNABLE TO ACTUALLY MAKE AND LEFT ME AND MY FAMILY STANDING IN THE LOBBY OF HOTEL FOR AN HOUR! Never again, plus I was advised by the property that I paid WAY more then they charge. I will share my story on social media, letting people know you are ripping them off and not following through on reservations than holding your customers hostage will you fix YOUR ERROR!

Location was great and staff was friendly

Hot water was not great. It took 5 or more minutes to have warm water much less hot for a shower. Then it would fluctuate temperature and not stay consistent.

The room was big and night staff is friendly.

The AC didn't work. You get two temperature options 1. Hot, or 2. Hot with a mild breeze. The shower didn't drain properly which leaves whoever is showering standing in a pool of dirty water. The beds were cheap and you could feel every spring.

The room was clean & comfortable. The location was good.

There was a crane blocking two of the handicap parking spots in the front.
