Clean room, very comfortable beds, nice breakfast, courteous staff.

Locations excellent for our needs

Parking is extra. Are you kidding? The evening open bar is excellent. As I’m a non drinker and wanted a non alcoholic beer that seemed too much to ask. Unacceptable for a high end hotel!

We stayed in room 705 and we could not shut the blackout curtains and it was like a beam of light coming through so bright it was like daylight in there. You really need to be able to shut them. Both my husband and I started itching as soon as we got into the bed. We couldn’t figure out why as the bed looked clean and we didn’t see signs of bed bugs. Typically I’m the only one sensitive to laundry detergents but my hubby was itching too. We actually only slept maybe an hour total. I would have left to drive back to Huntsville if we didn’t have an obligation in the morning in Actworth. We were there for a funeral on Fri and had to help with things on Saturday. Nice hotel but those two things greatly affected our stay.
