Staff were amazing the room was huge and very comfortable. The clubhouse was excellent. The bar upstairs was a bit strange didn't really open at normal times?

Nos dieron una habitación oscura, sin casi luz natural y que lo que se veia era un mini patio con máquinas de aire acondicionado. La habitación estaba al lado de un cuarto de limpieza y había ruído del golpe de la puerta cada vez q iban a por algo a ese cuarto de servicio Esperaba un lobby lujoso y zonas comunes donde poder leer o estar un rato

They gave me a room that wasn’t like the pictures in the booking.com, but luckily Yussef listened to me and understood the situation and gave us a great room, because that we had a really wonderful stay.

Beautiful Hotel, friendly and helpful staff, Club lounge was excellent and close to attractions in Upper Mid and Lower Manhattan.

The doors of the rooms should be soundproofed, as we can hear everything that happens in the hallway, especially the cleaning staff opening and closing the door of the storage room.
