Would prefer carpet in the room’s entrance since there is no kitchen. The rest was awesome

The hospitality was great starting at the front desk!! William took very good care of me! I was able to check-in early and I was able to upgrade to an ocean view. Larry took my bag to my room while I got a massage at the spa. When I arrived to my room, i was in awe! The guest experience team had a personalized birthday card and two cupcakes waiting for me. That was very thoughtful and totally unexpected. My room had a balcony overlooking the beach and all three of the hotel pools! The weather was perfect which made the view even better. My king size bed was very cozy and comfortable. I loved the bathroom. The vanity was nice but the tub and shower were my favorite. The area was very spacious. I could see the ocean and the t.v. while I showered and took a bath! I ordered room service! When my food arrived Ms. Gwendoline sang Happy Birthday to me! Her voice was beautiful. I wasn’t expecting much from my omelette but when I say amazing! I was pleasantly surprised. When I checked out, I was told I still had access to the pool area. As soon as I arrived, one of the attendants gathered up fresh towels and took me to the beach chair of my choice. Piero was the best. He took my order, made sure my towels were replenished, and made sure I hade sun screen. He was always available when i needed him. I never saw him standing around he was always making sure everyone had what they needed. Another pool attendant was Joe. He did not hesitate to pick up the used towels whenever someone left. He was always removing old towels or replenishing them expeditiously.

When I arrived the valet attendant took care of my car but no one was outside to help with the bag. I had a small bag so it wasn’t too much of an issue. But I had to carry the bag due to the stairs. They had a ramp that look like it was for wheelchairs. I could’ve used that but it’s a little easier just using the stairs. The doors aren’t automatic, so I had to put the bag down to open the door. When I got in I was greeted by Larry. He assisted with my bag. He even took it to the room for me. I was just a little confused as to who is supposed to assist with the bags when you arrive. I was only at the hotel one night, but it feels like during the week everything closes early, especially the pool area! I can see this place thriving on the weekend but it was too quiet at night unless you want to dine at the sushi restaurant or the bar area where they serve a smaller menu associated with the sushi restaurant. I ended up heading out to another restaurant. I felt like the jacuzzis could’ve been cleaner and the water a little hotter.

We were hoping since it was are honeymoon and the same day as our wedding no to get complementary breakfast. But they could not accommodate us.
