The rooms were clean, comfortable and cool. The last one was especially important this past weekend! The staff, especially Essance, Carlo and Alex were professional, warm and so helpful. They are the model of how hospitality staff should be. My family and I felt cared for, and very much at home at this Courtyard Marriott in downtown LB.
There were a few charges to one room that were made in error, but the staff corrected them right away when I brought it to their attention.

The location!!! It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the beach.
The $100 hold takes almost 2 weeks to return to your account.

Location and cleanliness.
I was double charged. I asked during the stay if the pending full amount would drop off after checkout, I was assured it would, and it did not. I the. Had to wait a second time to be refunded. A huge hassle that overdrafted my bank account and I noticed before the hotel. Also, housekeeping came around every morning at 9am while we were still sleeping. One morning they knocked once (which we barely heard) and then entered the room while we were in bed!
