The restaurant and housekeeping staff were great, friendly, and helpful. Good location for the purpose of my visit.

The front desk staff made several mistakes when checking in and checking out. Although my colleague and I had the same reservation, we were checked in for different lengths of time, charged different amounts, and the "included" breakfast was also handled differently.

floor/room was quiet, had a gym and the ability to have breakfast and I could get coffee inside the hotel. Overall very functional which was key given I was there fore work.

Water in the sink smelled like sewage, I ended up brushing my teeth in the bath tub. Window was super dirty, my constant view was dirt. Food at the restaurant was pretty bad and really expensive. There was no kettle to boil water and make some tea. I had to go ask for toothpaste instead of being included in the toiletries. One night I was really thirsty and they had ran out of water battles and the pantry does not have water!! how crazy is it a hotel without water for its guests?

Did not know you had a restaurant that served breakfast. We ask the staff cleaning the front lounge and they said you did not serve breakfast. We went out to breakfast.
