It was available on graduation weekend.

Not as clean as it should have been. Older and in need of updating. Not what you'd expect of the Marriot name.

charged an extra fee over total cost I was expecting from Booking.com and promised I would get back in 6-10 days

Fantastic full kitchens (if you need them). We only needed lodging to attend A&M events so the kitchen went unused.

I thought there would be two Queen beds when I booked. Receptionist said you only have Queen rooms, no King beds.

The 2 separate rooms were very nice. Provided privacy

The staff when checking in did not tell us that our room was in a different building. So we walked around lost for a few minutes dragging all of our luggage

Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was excellent and I liked that there was coffee in the reception area at all times.

The property desperately needs an update and especially the carpet. The bathroom is much too small for a two bedroom. However the beds were comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very clean.

The lid to my coffee pot was broken, but it still worked.

Entry, while easy to access from Lincoln, was difficult to tell from University where it was. Once found, no issues at all.

Rooms were so clean! We travel a lot and can not say this about many locactions. This hotel was immaculate! Everything was in working order. Julie at the front desk could not have been more professional or kind. We will always pick this location on our visits to college station!

Not all rooms had a television, and the main television in the main room was unreliable and the cable didn't work all the time and the remote was confusing and the internet was just ok.

The concept of having two bedrooms in suite with full kitchen, eating area, and family living room was great.

The windows were not soundproof or insulated so the road noise was terrible...maybe louder because one window would not close properly.The floor felt uneven around dining/kitchen area like foundation issues. The fitness area was small and cramped with no weight machine. It needed just a few updates and inspection after stays to make sure that windows were working and inventory in kitchen was correct.
