A confusión with my reservation, made me give him a card to hold on file again till problem was fixed and couldn’t find my reservation.

Friendly staff, above average breakfast, outstanding cheesy potatoes for that type of setup. Quiet due to minimal university events

Mix up at checkin, given wrong room. Tried to correct, but still ended up with wrong type of room. AC could not cooll room sufficiently, entered at 75, took 12+ hours to get to 70. Get an even number room that does not face West. Need to adjust landscape sprinklers, 75% of parking lot had runoff in the morning, concrete not growing;)

furniture is worn out, and sofa was stained in many places. needs some TLC overall

Amazing customer service as you walk in the door. As soon as i told the receptionist that i had book the room for someone else, she took on her self to add the person into the paperwork in case something would had happen. She greeted us with a big smile, and had offered any assistance if needed. Thank you so much!
