The room was really loud, something was constantly making a noises and the room was not so clean. For this price we waited a better quality.

Room was awful. Carpets, walls, furniture are FILTHY.

Half a roll of toilet paper, no answer at front desk. It said full kitchen with cookware and dishes but didn't have anything. Room was dark. I reserved a fireplace room and it had no fireplace but no one answered at the front desk when I tried to inquire about switching rooms.

The staff was great, the room amenities such as the kitchen met our needs perfectly and we had an amazing view of the golf course across the street.

The furniture was torn, the carpet was stained, there was rust on some metal in the room, overall the room was a bit beat up and not very well maintained.

Breakfast was decent and the location was good.

1. The rooms need updating. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. Two cushion love seat for a 2 bedroom family unit is unacceptable. We needed to use the pullout sofa and the springs in the mattress were so uncomfortable we couldn't use it. 2. Bathroom vanity door was hanging off the cabinet, ceiling fan was covered in dust and the carpet was filled with stains. The entire unit felt very dirty. 3. One of the bedrooms was much warmer than the rest of the unit so we turned the heat off. The heat continued to kick on and the unit never got below 70. It was between 44-48 outside so we ended up opening a window in the one bedroom.

We were disappointed with the living room area dirty and stained carpets. The living room furniture was also extremely worn and stained so we had to cover the couch with a blanket before sitting on the cushions. Need to replace all of the living room furniture.

There was a Tractor (think an 18wheeler) parked and taking up 5 parking spots in front of my room. The room smelled badly of smoke, a side table in the room had obviously been chewed on by a dog and all the particle board was exposed and dripping dust on the floor. I had to request bedding for the sofa bed, and was told they didn’t have blankets, so my son was expected to sleep with only 2 sheets in 20degree weather. We didn’t shower due to finding pubic hair in the tub. if we hadn’t arrived in the middle of a winter snow storm advisory, we would have left, found another place to stay and disputed with my bank. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN! Over $200 for a dirty, stinky room. I let the fireplace sucker me….don’t stay here! It’s gross

We have been coming to this hotel for 4 years. it’s a great location but over the years the hotel has slowly been degrading in service and upkeep.

Drunk guests banging on our door for hours in the middle of the night. The staff weren’t much help.

Nice full breakfast included. Good wifi. Fully equipped kitchen.

I was on first floor unit. Floor of unit above me was very creaky and noisy.
