Size of the rooms cleanliness
We do not get to experience the pool because there were way to many Unruly and supervised kids in the pool.

Easy parking for our rental car.
The happy hour was a nice touch and early breakfast hours were nice.
Great location and short walk to the historic Flagstaff
Was not aware it was on a college campus

The staff and room
They didn’t have reservation. The booking.com reservation wasn’t pushed through they said. The property thankfully had a room
Available and was able to rebook me on their end.
