Got charged twice one from booking and Marriott almost 700 for one night

location. staff in the front desk were great.

no food options for the evening.

Good location, overall clean and modern.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable for my preference (way too soft). We were in lower level and the noise from external air conditioning was at times very loud.

The customer service was excellent by all hotel staff including valet, housekeeping, front desk and the restaurant employees.

The pool & outdoor lounging areas were perfect!

The wifi cost extra, as did the breakfast - would have been better if those were included.

Staff was outstanding. The location was good and in a decent part of Torrance. The room was clean and spacious.

They nickel and dime you for almost everything: parking, breakfast, Wi-Fi etc. You can't plug any of your own devices into the TV, and there were multiple nights during the work week that I was kept awake by parties and loud people on the outside lawn/patio. We were on the 8th floor, and we could hear almost everything going on down there.

The latre HVAC equipment in front of the apartment was very loud. Not a good experience!

It was a very comfortable, I enjoyed my stay.

The swimming pool area was a little in distress on Sunday. The water in the jacuzzi was dirty. The workers at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday nights were not too helpful.

I never stayed in a property where I had to pay for parking my car in the premises. The swimming pool area was neglected.

It’s near and accessible

Check in time was too late, 4pm? And to check out at 11am. Paying too much only to stay for less than a day seems to extreme. I asked for an early check out nobody even replied to my request.

Everything. The views, cleanliness. Food + drinks were amazing.

Sofa in room very nasty had stains on it.. Toilet takes forever to flush had to use trash can you get water to flush. Front desk was rude ( I had the card I used for reservation but did not have enough limit on it ) I left my wallet in the car that I parked at the mall cross the street. Front desk refused to take cash from. He called his manager who asked me to give them not only $100 BUT $200 cash deposit) which I did. Any ways my colleague went to the car and got the wallet and other credit cards but came back after I finished checking in. Add to that four employees and manager came behind the counter discussing and watching my embarrassing situation . All that because I offered to pay cash for the stay , and to embarrass me more they asked double of the normal deposit. $200 .

Food quality is not the best and prices are high.
