Staff, rooms & location

Location was just what we needed.

I walked in to check in and there was no one up front. I waited a few moments before stepping outside and calling the hotel. The employee said I could check in early which was great news. While looking at my account, she mentioned that my booking was tied to another account and when I asked what that meant she explained no further. The toilet was dirty upon arrival and we were put on the first floor. There was a large group of young soccer players who were very loud and took over the lobby. The breakfast area was also not open when we left.
