For the price I expected something nicer the rooms are small smaller then a regular hotel room I could of gone to home2suites for cheaper and gotten a bigger room not worth the price I will never be back or recommend to anyone

Called for room service at 1126 and they said closed but showed on menu open until midnight and the mattress was so hard

Everything from valet to check out was top tier! Everything was effortless-check in took less than 5 minutes, room service was fantastic! The room was comfortable and luxurious.This hotel has absolutely everything you could need- restaurants, gift shop, coffee shop, a beautiful foyer with lovely conversation areas. Across from the paycom center with so much to do around the hotel. This will be where we stay anytime we come to the city.

We Loved Everything!!

Food was excellent. Facility was superb.

Shuttles to/from Bricktown. Smoking allowed in close proximity to the door was bad. Servers at the pool were slow & inattentive plus they allowed a dog in the pool area which was posted as not allowed.

The experience was awesome. The customer service was phenomenal. Welling to go back for another stay. The view of as amazing.

Modern, clean, good location in downtown Oklahoma City, big rooms, great public areas, great outdoor pool. Staff friendly and helpful, they really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

24 hour piped music. Lingering smell of food in the lobby.’ Not enough umbrella shades in pool area. Pool bar service very slow. Tap House Bar for dinner one evening only-food awful. Tried to eat in (very dark and expensive) bobs steak house but didn’t have reservation and were turned away by snooty waitress. That was the end of our attempts to dine in-house which we usually like to do when staying in hotels. While the text of my negative list is longer than the positive this is misleading: really this is a great hotel, best in OKC in our opinion and we are looking forward to our next stay when we return to OKC

Best hotel in Oklahoma City (I checked out the other two contenders with higher ratings on booking. Com while I was there as I thought I might change hotels but no point as they were nearly so nice) Modern. V nice lobby. Great- and most importantly- clean pool. Long enough to do laps when it was quiet during the day.

We appreciated the location to the events we attended downtown.

Our reservation was not entered correctly. At checkout there were extra charges that we did not incur, which had to be fixed. The staff appeared more bothered than helpful. There were limited options in the restaurant for people who did not eat beef or pork, and so we were thankful for the food trucks at the event.

The rooftop bar was amazing!

The hotel lost my reservation I made over 1 month ago. I had my reservation # but had to call booking.com to try and get it resolved. Stood at the front desk for 45 mins to get things fixed. Over $200 for a 1 night stay and they want another 15$ for wifi. No thanks

The parking was too far from hotel. No free breakfast for the marathon runners

the views and the staff, all the facilities from bobs steakhouse, the spa, and. gym, was exceptional
